In sum, the PLS service provider is technically a Legal Associate acting for its Principal’s / Clients’ benefit and subject to the Principal’s / Clients’ supervision and control.

Our pricing model differs depending on your requirement. Some methods of standard billing are listed below:

Fixed Cost – The parties agree to a fixed price for the whole transaction before starting the operations based on Service Level Agreement [SLA] model or project model or specific requirements contained in the agreement.

Fixed Cost Per Hour / Time and Material – Hourly basis charges are agreed or calculated on the deployed resources  (time and human resources).

Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) or Whole-Time Equivalent (WTE)

Transaction-based – The agreed charges are proportional to the number of transactions taking place during the service provision.
